I had purchased Restolex mattress back in November but it developed some sagging issues in a couple of months. I raised my concern and was promptly attended to by Farah. She was genuinely supportive and was always available for an update on the replacement. Eventually, the mattress was replaced and this one is just amazing. I again would want to thank Farah for her constant follow up and support

Highly recommend Restolex products and more importantly the exemplary customer service provided. Mr Prashant handled our requirements. We were extremely impressed with his patience and customer-first attitude. He listened to our requirements patiently and made the perfect recommendations. We were allowed to test (lie down on) various types of mattresses multiple times before finalising a mattress. He even customised a mattress for our couch which was oddly shaped at the corners. Mr. Prashant helped get the customisation perfect after a couple of iterations and we really liked this part of our experience with Restolex. The products themselves are also very good. Overall a seamless and wonderful purchasing experience.
